Cancellation policy - Public session - If you are unable to attend, please let us know 36 hours before the event time. We require minimum 36 hours of advance notice to issue the store credit or reschedule the class. If you cancel 3 days before the event day, we will issue the refund*
Cancellation policy - Private Party/session - If you cancel 10 days before the event day, we will refund* the deposit. After that, we can issue the store credit or You can reschedule your party with atleast a week noice in case of rescheduling.

NO REFUND on any rescheduled class/events/session/ parties. WE CANNOT PROVIDE A REFUND ON ANY RESCHEDULED PARTY, EVENTS OR CLASS.
Arrival Time & Late Arrivals: Please arrive 5-10 minutes prior to the event time, so that we can start on time. Anyone arriving later than 15 minutes after the start time have to catch up on their own without Artist assistance. Reservations will not be refunded for late arrivals and no shows.
